Slashdotted or just butchered?

- 'Near the beursgang with Mary scooter Dutch oppertechneut Arthur with Hoff.'
- 'yet sooner work together towards Sun and Mary, wax yonder between they one volume sping up what by the relative province more than projecting wax.'
Those were two sentences from my Dutch media & technology work blog that someone had translated through some translation site and then posted on Slashdot, after Slashdot had posted an article about Tivo buying Strangeberry. Trust me: it wasn't much prettier in Dutch, but I'd like to believe it made more sense. And who is this Mary the Dutch scooter?
